A mixture of Chi-Kung, Tao-Yin, Tai Chi stepping practice, and Tai Chi form practice, which helps cultivate balance, alignment, and good posture while laying the foundation for the mastery of Tai Chi. We recommend this class both as a prerequisite and a compliment to learning the 108 Yang form.

This is an ongoing class. Feel free to jump in whenever! 

This is a Level 1 class. All abilities welcome!
