SUITABLE FOR: Practitioners of all levels from beginner to experienced yogis wishing to start their day with a morning vinyasa class

PURPOSE: This gentle vinyasa class takes a more more meditative approach to yoga, combining yoga asana with slow deep stretches to allow you to unfold into layers of the body and prepare you for the day ahead.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Start your day with a healthy dose of slow mindful movement interspersed with moments of stillness in this gentle vinyasa class. We will explore the Yin within Yang and Yang within Yin, through variations of Sun Salutations and essential asana, with a focus on stretches while transitioning from one pose to the next. Plenty of time will be given for holding Yin-like postures to access and release deeper layers of the physical body. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
