SUITABLE FOR: Yoga practitioners who are familiar with a vinyasa practice and want to sweat it out in a non-air conditioned room.
PURPOSE: An invigorating and energetic vinyasa class that maintains a dynamic pace while connecting movement to breath for a fluid and warming practice. We will not turn on aircons during this class, so once you start moving, the room will get warm (but not as hot as a Bikram class)
WHAT TO EXPECT: A high-energy, fast-paced sequence designed to help you build stamina, strength, and mental focus. Expect to break a sweat with energetic sequences flowing on the breath. Modifications and adjustments are offered so that both beginner and more advanced students feel supported and challenged.
