SUITABLE FOR: Students seeking for both a physical challenge and deep release in one class. Recommended for students who have some prior experience in yoga (a few months of regular practice).
PURPOSE: This class balances the desire to energize and restore in one hour session through a combination of both yin and yang practices.
WHAT TO EXPECT: The practice incorporates energizing, fast paced vinyasa flow (the YANG) interspersed with long, deep introspective stretches (the YIN). The Yang sequences build heat and strength, while the yin poses penetrate deeply into connective tissue expanding flexibility and cultivating a sense of quiet, leaving you feeling relaxed and replenished at the end.
