This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting your whole body with exercises targeted to specific muscle groups, interspersed with yoga sequences to give you time to recover. Build power and stability while finding more ease and fluidity in your yoga practice, and gain confidence to tackle more challenging postures.

This class is part of the January BOOTCAMP, but can also be taken as a stand-alone class.

This is an ONLINE class only. Recordings of the class will be available in the content library for anyone who is registered for the class.
