SUITABLE FOR: Students looking to gain more strength and stamina. Accessible for students with a basic foundation in yoga asanas, as well as athletes and stronger practitioners. 

PURPOSE: This class offers a workout by focusing on postures and sequences to help you build strength.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Sequences are designed to target specific muscle groups - such as your core, upper body, or quads. By developing strength in these key areas, find more ease and fluidity in your practice and gain the confidence to tackle more challenging postures like inversions and arm balances. Shift your practice into a higher gear and see where it takes you.
