SUITABLE FOR: Students of all levels from beginners to experienced yogis
PURPOSE: An accessible vinyasa-based yoga class that slows down the flow to allow you time to explore the subtleties of both effort and ease as you learn to move more mindfully.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Vinyasa means connecting breath to movement. In FLOW I, we move at a slower pace to allow you time to refine your alignment, integrate props and connect deeply to your breath. We stay in postures long enough to become aware of their sensations. Develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement. Modifications and variations are so you can move at your own pace and challenge yourself to the appropriate degree.
