SUITABLE FOR: Intermediate to advanced level practitioners with a strong foundation in Vinyasa (3 months of regular practice or more)

PURPOSE: Raise your practice to the next level in a sweet sweaty flow peppered with opportunities to deepen, balance and invert.

WHAT TO EXPECT: A fun, energetic flow class that moves at a vigorous pace with skillful sequencing designed to open the body for more challenging poses. You will be given options to up-level your practice with arm balances, inversions and sustained holds and opportunities to explore the depth of your asana. Expect fewer demonstrations to allow you room to find your own yoga groove.
