SUITABLE FOR: Any yoga practitioner who has attended at least a few yoga classes in the past

PURPOSE: A well-rounded vinyasa-based yoga class that maintains a moderate pace while connecting movement to breath for a fluid and warming practice.  

WHAT TO EXPECT: A balanced and steady-paced flow class incorporating sun salutations, standing poses and seated stretches. Expect to break a sweat with energetic sequences flowing on the breath. Modifications and adjustments are offered so that beginner to intermediate students feel supported and challenged.

This is an In-STUDIO class. Recording of this class will be available in the content library for unlimited pass holders and anyone who is registered for the class.
