Greet the morning and awaken your senses with an invigorating vinyasa practice. This class maintains a moderate pace while connecting movement to breath for a fluid and warming practice.

Move with your breath in a full-body flow with a focus on building deep core strength. End with 5 minutes of seated meditation to start your day with clarity and focus. 

This class takes place IN PERSON at the yoga studio. Class size limited to 12 participants.
