The name says it all. This class is designed to awaken and strengthen all the muscles around the core and back, incorporating yoga and pilates-style movements and calisthenics exercises. We may also use weights and pilates balls to assist in finding our deep core muscles (transverse abdominus). Expect to sweat, burn, and enjoy a sweet release at the end.
