Fundamentals of Alignment

SUITABLE FOR: Students of all levels from complete beginner to seasoned practitioner who want to refine their practice through an emphasis on alignment.
PURPOSE: This class is an opportunity to move with greater focus and attention on common postures and transitions that lay the foundation for your yoga practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Classes will focus on alignment and modifications to make poses accessible to all levels and body types. Class typically includes accessible strength building exercises to prepare the muscles for the intensity of the major yoga asanas in a typical flow class. Come prepared to learn how to move your body skillfully and safely on the mat.
