Your Teacher: Daniele Anzaldi
Daniele is a well-rounded teacher, delivering Vinyasa Flows, Yin Yoga, Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation. Starting yoga while working in South Africa, he has practiced every day for the last 4 years. Daniele travelled to Rishikesh, India and did his 200+hr Yoga teacher training under Yogi Sanjeev Semwal's school. Here, in the birthplace of yoga, he explored the benefits for your health and the philosophy & history of the practice. He has gone on to deepen his knowledge and practise by completing a 50hr Yin Teacher training with Loka Yoga, and 100hr between Philosophy, Nidra and Sanskrit course under the guidance Dr Rohit Coehbe and Manesh Ji. He recently completed an 80hr Kids & Teen Yoga Teacher Training with Jeanne Walsh & Loka Yoga.
