Han is a certified Yoga Teacher & Breathwork Facilitator, having completed her Breathwork Teacher Training with @pranayamasadhana in Ubud, Bali.

Her teaching style is down-to-earth and personal, with her teachings coming from the heart and drawn from personal experience. She brings a nurturing quality to her classes and keeps them light-hearted, quirky and fun.

Han has a daily practice of yoga, breathwork, and meditation with all three practices having a profound positive effect on her physical and mental well-being, helping her move through a long history of mental health challenges. The breath, in particular, allows Han to create a stable, healthy mindset and positive outlook for the future.

Hannah has fallen in love with the breath and the benefits it can bring the body & hopes to guide others into finding that light within themselves.

In this class, she will guide you through a 45-minute pranayama style breathwork practice, followed by a 15-minute meditation where you can truly feel the practice come to life in your body.
