This fully guided 30 minute meditation session creates a space for you to practice pranayama, mindfulness and meditation LIVE with a group of like minded people while we withdraw & retreat from our regular way of living.

Meditation actually changes the way the body and brain function. It can allows us to sweat less, breathe slower, lower blood pressure, and influence our neurological chemistry.

By meditating, we can alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety by intentionally using the breath and mindfulness to create acceptance and awareness.

Learn meditation and breathing techniques to support you in these uncertain time, to help your practice and also deepen your exploration of self. This session is open to all styles, all humans and all levels—no previous meditation experience needed. — come sit with us!
