Beginning with a warm up, drills & conditioning and revisiting the foundations of Masterclass #1 (handstand entries) and breaking down
key components of moving into Tuck/Straddle handstand
This second Masterclass progresses on from the first. We will cover the following handstand transitions & how to integrate them safely into your Yoga practice
Tuck/Straddle handstand
-From straight leg handstand
-From forward fold
This will be an interactive experience which will include partner work, wall work & freestanding work. Completing practice with cooling, balancing poses & Savasana
