we will start the class with one of Mel’s signature deep and reflective yin yoga classes. Then you will get to experience Todds collection of beautiful vibrational musical instruments that will guide you into a state of true, full bodied relaxation.

About Todd from Mindful Vibrations

‘I've studied and worked with sound for the last 12 years as an audio engineer, in a variety of different settings. I've had the pleasure of working with musicians from all sorts of genres and backgrounds; recording, producing and mixing. I've also worked in the film industry, specialising in sound design and dialogue production as well as working in television, radio and much more!

I also spent 5 of the above years teaching sound, delving deep into the science behind sound propagation and manipulation.

Around 2014, I started to look into a variety of different healing modalities and was fascinated by the impact sound can have on our brain, mind and body.

Over the years this has led to me dabbling in sound healing and applying my love for sound and teaching, with the potential of being able to help others (which is my main purpose in life).

So, what is Mindful Vibrations?

The purpose of Mindful Vibrations is to use sound as a catalyst to help people further their own personal growth and healing. Although sound healing does have immediate benefits, the main focus is to foster an environment and internal dialogue to do the work necessary to truly heal and grow.

Mindful Vibrations sessions are designed for anyone who wants to reduce their stress, improve their mood, boost their overall well-being and promote emotional & physical healing.

Using a range of sounds such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, chimes, the power of the voice, flutes and more.

I'm excited to be bringing Mindful Vibrations to life and to be able to help others.
