This practice will be in honour of the traditional owners of the land. We will be dropping in and opening up our hearts in gratitude to them and this beautiful land.

Meditation actually changes the way the body and brain function. It can allows us to breathe slower, lowers blood pressure, and influence our neurological chemistry.

By meditating, we can alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety by intentionally using the breath and mindfulness to create acceptance and awareness.

Learn meditation and breathing techniques to support you moving into the new year, to help your practice and also deepen your exploration of self. This session is open to all humans and all levels—no previous meditation experience needed. — come sit with us!
