Meditation sessions are fully guided, focusing on pranayama and mindfulness. We’ll use our breath, our life force, to calm the thinking mind and access the innate power to witness our thoughts.
This class is for those who’ve never meditated or are curious about meditation, those who’d like to further explore their meditation practice, or anyone who’d like to sit in peace for half an hour.

Meditation is a great way to deepen your yoga practice—come sit with us.
