Yoga for Paddlers Series: Join yoga instructor and surfski paddler Denise Weeks for this 6-class series to help you increase mobility and stability on and off the water. 

Yoga is an integrated practice involving the body, mind, and breath. 
  • Like a weight workout, it gives you strength. 
  • Like meditation, it quiets you down. 
  • Like paddling, it takes you places with joy and wonder.  
Core, Hips, Shoulders
This class is set up to work on the three zones in the body where paddlers sometimes run into “issues": core, hips, and shoulders. We’ll devote one class to poses that increase mobility, and the next class to poses...
