Join Christina in a series of classes for expecting mothers and all mothers. Each week, enjoy a new theme geared toward pregnancy and birth, and build a foundation of strength and ease as you move through your pregnancy. Yoga asanas include table series, hip openers, standing poses, and some restorative poses. Connect with others as you journey through this path, through breath, movement and meditation.
Christina has had the privilege and honour of supporting families during this transition for over 12 years, as a doula and registered nurse. She will provide an environment for women to attune to their inner wisdom and connect with their bodies, allowing for more ease and comfort during pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
