Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation, Online Class

These 90 minute classes include Pregnancy Yoga, breath work, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, and preparation for a calm birth.
Each weekly session includes gentle movement, pelvic floor work, birth education and chat.
We will cover a different topic related to pregnancy, birth and early parenting in our discussions each week.
Classes are taught by Karen Lawrence, who is a Registered Midwife, Mum of seven, and Specialist Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Instructor. You will be in very safe hands.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy, right up until birth.
This is an online class for you to enjoy at home. Please have a yoga mat, blanket and some cushions ready if possible.
