Mummy and Baby Yoga, Online Class

These gentle and friendly classes combine postnatal yoga exercise for you with fun, cuddles, massage and singing for your baby.
We move and relax at a pace to suit you and your baby. You can stop to rest, feed or change a nappy at any time.
This class is suitable for mummies and babies from 6 weeks postnatal, once you have had your 6 week check with the GP.
If you have had a c-section or complex birth recovery you should wait until 10-12 weeks before starting Yoga.
This is an online class for you to enjoy at home with your baby. Please have a yoga mat, blanket and some cushions ready if possible.
