These gentle and friendly classes combine postnatal yoga exercise for you with fun, cuddles, massage and singing for your baby.
We move and relax at a pace to suit you and your baby. You can stop to rest, feed or change a nappy at any time. I always try to make sure tired mummies get an opportunity to lie down, rest and relax.

Tea, biscuits and chat included!

You and your baby will be made to feel welcome, safe and nurtured.

Milk, poo, baby-sick and crying all welcome!

This class is suitable for mummies and babies from 6 weeks postnatal, once you have had your 6 week check with the GP.  

If you have had a c-section or complex birth recovery you should wait until 10-12 weeks before starting Yoga.

I'm sorry, but I cannot accommodate crawling or walking babies or toddlers.

If you cannot get an in person space or you prefer to exercise from the comfort of your home I also offer this class Live Online via Zoom.
