These 90 minute classes include Pregnancy Yoga, breath work, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, and preparation for a calm birth.
Each weekly session includes gentle yoga exercise, pelvic floor work, birth education and chat.
We will cover a different topic related to pregnancy, birth and early parenting in our discussions each week.
You will be able to meet other pregnant mums and make friends.
Classes are held in our comfortable and cosy Garden Studio.
Class size is currently limited to three students in person at the Studio, plus additional students attending the same class live online via Zoom.
Classes are taught by Karen Lawrence, who is a Registered Midwife, Mum of seven, and Specialist Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Instructor. You will be in very safe hands.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy, right up until birth.
