Prepare your body and mind for birth with yoga practice, breath work, mindfulness techniques, aromatherapy for birth, and discussion of your birth choices.  Each weekly session includes gentle movement, pelvic floor work,  birth preparation and mindfulness exercises to practice at home.

Classes are taught by Karen Lawrence, who is a  Registered Midwife and Specialist Yoga Instructor.

Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant.  Classes are suitable for women with more complex pregnancies or planning a caesarean birth as well as for more straightforward pregnancies. 

This is an introduction to the 6 week Yoga and Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth course.  It is recommended that you attend this session before signing up for the full course.  The cost of the taster session will be deducted from the cost of the 6 week course when you book the course.
