Pound Rockout Workout - is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted. drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms. drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
