Join this intense technique based workshop & gain confidence in your ability to perform Shoulder Rolls safely & effectively. 

This 60 minute this class will guide you through the essentials of weight transfer, shoulder activation, & rotation. We will also spend time in our plow shape, conditioning abdominal strength, stacking, neck alignment, hamstring flexibility, & shoulder activation. 

Then we will deconstruct and learn how to perform a forward and backward shoulder roll…without momentum. By the end of this class, you'll know the skills needed to execute a smooth and controlled shoulder roll.
