This adult class, taught by Victoria K, will focus on foundational form, climbs, conditioning, building sequences, and explorations of creative movement on the apparatus.  
Prerequisites: 
-min 1 year previous aerial training
-ability to execute multiple climbs in sequence
-familiar with footlocks and hip keys
