Description:
This adult aerial class, taught by Opal, will include conditioning, climbing drills, sequences, fabric theory, momentum-based movement and creative explorations on both fabric (aerial silks) and corde lisse (rope).
Age 16+ or special permission from instructor
Prerequisites:
Minimum of 1 year previous aerial training and the ability to invert off the ground, strong hip keys, ability to wrap S-lock and perform helicopter.
*Please bring your own fabric if possible (ropes will be provided)
