Ever wanna try the big giant hula hoop? Well sign up for another class, cause it's called a cyr wheel. That's right, that big ring you've seen all over your feed is here in town, and you've got two of the only coaches in Ontario ready to show you the ropes.
This class will focus on foundations, how to control and manipulate the wheel, with an introduction to waltzes, cartwheels and coin. Lots of physical conditioning drills, great workout. Full body workout. Bring ginger if you are prone to getting dizzy.
Previous experience not required. Must be between 4"11 and 6'3 in height.
