Don't let the lockdown hold you back - stay in shape for aerial circus by targeting specific muscle groups we'll need when it's time to get back in the air. 
Opal will kick your butt like always, but with conditioning you can do in your home!

Conditioning will focus on core, glutes and arms/shoulders, followed by active and passive flexibility exercises that strengthen, lengthen and release muscles groups for splits, pikes, back arches and open shoulders. This is a great time to get on top of flexibility goals!

Try to have on the ready:
yoga mat or rug
foam/yoga block OR a similar sized book/pillow
thera-bands (if possible)
mop/broom handle or similar doweling
clear wall space about the size of your body
chin-up bar or 2 chairs

Passes accepted:
1hr circus or jam pass
