This online class is for those who want to work on their handstands and floor balances at home. In 60 minutes, the class will alternate between handstand conditioning, finding optimal alignment on the hands, feet, elbows and shoulder, and progressions towards various stands (such as handstands, shoulder-stands, elbow-stands) and single-legged shapes and poses.

Access to an open wall and floor space, clear of all human and inanimate obstacles is required. A yoga or gym mat is highly recommended. You will benefit from having a yoga block or a large hand-covered book at your possession. Please keep another person within an earshot of your training for the duration of your class.
