Dynamic Skills on Trapeze & Lyra

This 2 hr workshop will cover all of the ways you can roll around the trapeze bar or lyra including Russian / Monkey rolls, Hip Circles, Mill Circles (windmill/pinwheel) and more.  It will also cover fun pullover transitions, different takes on traditional rolls, and ways to add drops to some classic skills. 

PRE-REQUISITES:
Confident hanging from hands and knees under the bar.  It is recommended that participants have a 5-10 second hip balance on the bar without hands, and can perform a basic pullover to hips.
