Skills focus: Two-highs and Foot-to-hand:
Two-highs and foot to hand are the basis of a hand to hand practice, and we'll get into the nitty gritty of technique, placement, and timings for entries. We'll do a variety of drills and exercises to build up these skills, starting with bases on their backs, sitting, and then if we're finding stability there, standing. Because of the nature of these skills we'll do a significant amount of exercises around spotting. More advanced students will be offered different entries and exits to work on.
