Aerial workshops, taught by Opal, will focus on a different theme each time, including: conditioning, climbing drills, sequences, fabric theory, momentum-based movement and creative explorations on both fabric (aerial silks) and corde lisse (rope).

Prerequisites:
Previous aerial training, the ability to climb confidently, invert and hipkey in the air.
*Please bring your own fabric if possible (ropes will be provided)
