Ready to sweat? This class is designed to heighten your awareness and attention to the breath with the movement. This class will link the shapes of the physical yoga practice in a way that flows fast. Expect a more vigorous vinyasa practice with arm balances, inversions, and lots of soulful sweat. Music is played in this class with the intention to inspire the movements and vibe. Feel your heart pump, your breath connect, and flow into your power. Not for beginners, fast paced, high intensity.
