This class has the feel of a typical vinyasa class while slowing down the pace.  You will move mindfully while building strength, balance, and flexibility. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply. Suitable for all levels, this class has a slow pace and a moderate intensity.
