This class is designed to take you through postures that build strength and stamina and also allow you to rest and reset. Emphasis will be on repetition and ease of movement as well as stability within the poses. Expect to be challenged mentally and physically in this beginner friendly class.
This class alternates weeks between a more energetic practice and a gentler practice.
