This class is designed for those working with common limitations due to injury, illness, age, surgery, etc. Yoga postures encourage and facilitate healing and bring balance to the individual often leading to improved comfort, less pain, and increased vitality. Slow paced class with longer holds and targeted movements. Beginner friendly, slow paced, with mild to moderate intensity.
