A five week active flexibility and mobility program designed specifically for mountain bike riders. Techniques targeting the common tight areas and creating balance in the body to help mitigate potential injuries. End range strength and control exercises to improve riding performance. If you already hold a class pass and would like to register for this series please contact Mark and he will book you in.
