Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, breathing exercises, and either holding or repetitive poses.  
Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, this is a spiritual energy that is located at the base of your spine.  

As Kundalini yoga awakens this energy, it enhances your awareness and helps you move past your ego and shifts stagnant energy from the body, mind and spirit.

Like all forms of yoga, Kundalini helps to relieve stress and anxiety, helps improve cognitive functionality, boosts self perception and helps with spiritual enlightenment which increases more empathy, increased creativity, improved charisma, increased energy and internal peace.

2 hour workshop that includes:
INTRODUCTION to Kundalini Yoga
KUNDALINI KRIYA suitable for beginners and all levels of yoga
PRANAYAMA to dissolve the veils that cover our inner light
MEDITATIONS to overcome obstacles and to calm and focus the mind
MANTRAS to uplift and soothe your soul
