Unroll your mat for an invigorating 60-minute full-body flow that is suitable for all levels. Hot Power yoga is an athletic style of yoga delivered in a heated room that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Bring a towel and prepare to sweat your way through more advanced sun salutations (with some inveresions thrown in for good measure). During this class, the focus is on alignment, breath, and intention. This class will fire up your inner strength for a full body workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
