Aerial Yoga Conditioning 

This class is designed to help you build strength and endurance through a variety of challenging poses, using the support of the hammock. You will work up a sweat as you move through the different sequences, and by the end you will feel invigorated and accomplished! This class is perfect for those who want to take their yoga practice to the next level.

If you are new to aerial yoga we recommend you try our beginners aerial yoga class first.
