Candlelight Yoga 

Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Candlelight yoga incorporates several styles including Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students with a focus on relaxation and healing through postures that use props such as blocks and bolsters.
