Booty Barre
Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. It's low impact – there's no jumping, you need minimal equipment, and you get both strength and flexibility training with a little cardio to boot. Class is suitable for all levels and no previous dance, pilates or yoga experience required.
