All Levels Yoga Flow
All Levels Yoga Flow is great as for participants that are fairly new to yoga. However, even experienced students can benefit from learning how to slow down their practice and really get into the breath work and healing aspects of yoga. An All Levels Flow class will combine movement with the breath to create an energising and detoxing flow to help lower stress levels, promote health, flexibility & strength, and a feeling of well-being. Suitable to all levels, however if you are a complete beginner it can be a good idea to try a few of our Beginner Yoga classes before coming to All Levels Flow to get a solid foundation into your yoga practice.
