Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra means 'Yogic Sleep' - a state in between being awake and asleep. As you lie down, supported in savasana, all you have to do is follow the voice that is guiding you. It's likely that you will remember certain parts of the meditation and not others. Every time you come to the practice you encounter a new experience as you explore different states of consciousness.

There are several benefits to Yoga Nidra including relaxation, awareness, emotional regulation, stress relief, boosting creativity, soothing the nervous system and improving memory.

When attending this class you will need to bring your own mat, blanket, eye pillow (optional) and cushion. We are unable to provide these props due to the current Covid 19 guidelines.
