Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises that help to strengthen and lengthen the muscles while improving posture and balance. The movements are done slowly and with control, using either your body weight or resistance bands. Pilates can help to improve flexibility, range of motion, and coordination while also helping to relieve pain.  Pilates is a great way to improve your strength and flexibility, and can be modified to suit all fitness levels.
