Join us for a 1.5 hour deeply restorative yoga class. This blissful class will begin with a focused Pranayam (breath practice). We will breathe with intention encouraging centering, releasing & softening. This will prepare our physical/mental bodies to melt into a deeply relaxing restorative yoga sequence. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long gentle prop assisted holds, stillness, and deep breathing. This class will have the added magic of Julia Millar's Crystal Bowls playing softly in the soundscape of your deep relaxation. We hope you will join us to reconnect with the deep sense of calm within your centre. Class is open to all levels of experience. Ages 16 +
