Kundalini Yoga (koon-dl-ee-nee) "Yoga of Awareness."
Kundalini yoga challenges us on many levels, encouraging growth, physical/mental strength and inner peace. This is a beginner friendly class as well as for those who are actively practicing this style of yoga. Kundalini Yoga meets the student where they are and lifts them up! Everyone is welcome.
This class incorporates breath, sound current, movement and meditation to support relaxing & healing your mind/body. Your free flow of your energy allows you to reach your highest creative potential, ultimately allowing you to become the very best version of YOU! Classes are 75 minutes, structured as follows:
* Savasana integration & relaxation
* Meditation - may include mantras/chanting
and/or hand mudras - aka hand postures
Things to bring; yoga mat, water bottle and you may bring your favourite blanket & cushion for meditation. There will be mats, blankets and cushions available to use at the studio.
